this is marvelously absurd …

Admittedly, I’m rarely able to sit back and enjoy Bill O’Reilly’s antics because I find him so fundamentally infuriating.  Still, I never imagined I’d see poet (and political science professor) Bruce Andrews going face to face with him.  I was just looking for a photo to illustrate today’s PennSound Daily and found this instead.  In general, I think the more poets in mass-media the better … especially on talk shows.  When will we get to see Ron Padgett whipping up some chocolate milk or a Medieval salad on Rachel Ray?
